Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. "Staff were not helpful or friendly. Room was very cold with not heat. There was no hot water the entire stay. Breakfast was just bread and cakes...it was hard to even get a coffee. Sorry, was not a great first experience to Morocco "
